Property-Specific Depreciation Schedules.
ATR prepares tax depreciation schedules using property information, available records and quantity surveying cost expertise, with the schedule prepared for the relevant property circumstances.
Service Overview
Tax Depreciation
Tax depreciation treatment depends on the property, its construction history, ownership circumstances and current tax requirements. ATR’s role is to prepare the quantity surveying depreciation schedule and estimate eligible construction costs where required; project-specific tax advice remains the responsibility of the client’s accountant or tax adviser.

- Original construction costs are not available and an appropriate quantity surveying estimate is required.
